[Financial News] AhnLab, Inc. showcased AI-based security operations and industrial site security capabilities at a global security conference held in Singapore.
AhnLab, Inc. said on the 18th that it had participated in GovWare 2026, held at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore from the 13th to the 15th. GovWare is a side event of Singapore International Cyber Week, organized by the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore.
Focusing on its integrated brand, AhnLab AI Plus, AhnLab, Inc. introduced its capabilities in AI Security Operations Centers (AI SOC), IT/OT-converged cyber-physical systems (CPS) security, and threat intelligence (TI). The company said around 500 security representatives from institutions and businesses in countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, India and the Philippines visited its booth.
AI SOC drew the most interest. It is a security operations approach in which multiple AI agents work together to triage security alerts, analyze the context of threats, and support report writing and response decision-making. AhnLab, Inc. said it reduces the burden of repetitive analytical work and helps security personnel make prompt, consistent decisions.
It also emphasized “controlled autonomy,” which expands AI’s autonomy while keeping operations under control through permissions, policies, audits and approval processes.
AhnLab, Inc. also introduced CPS security capabilities targeting operational technology (OT) environments such as manufacturing and industrial sites. It showcased an integrated security framework spanning IT and OT environments, along with security measures that take the continuity of industrial operations into account. Its threat intelligence platform, AhnLab TIP, highlighted how it supports proactive threat detection and response using analysis of major threat groups in the Asia-Pacific region.
Lee Sang-guk, head of AhnLab, Inc.’s Marketing & Global Business Division, said, “Building on the strong interest in AI SOC seen at this GovWare, we will apply AhnLab, Inc.’s AI-native security capabilities in global customer environments and turn them into business results.”
