He added that he had also occasionally bought Lotto and Pension Lottery tickets, and said of how he planned to use the winnings, “It still hasn't sunk in, so I haven't made any concrete plans yet. I'll take my time thinking it over and use it for something meaningful.”
Speetto 2000 is an instant scratch-off lottery ticket that pays a prize when two matching lucky symbols are revealed by scratching the ticket with a coin or similar object. Each ticket costs 2,000 won. Buying a set of two consecutive tickets can win up to 2 billion won; in this case, A received just one of the three tickets and will receive 1 billion won.
