From Daiso stores to Daiso Mall... ‘Daiso Samsung Card’ expands discount benefits

[Financial News] AsungDaiso Co., Ltd. is launching a new Daiso Samsung Card with enhanced discounts on online and offline shopping.
According to AsungDaiso Co., Ltd. on the 16th, the new Daiso Samsung Card expands the scope of its discounts, making them available not only at existing Daiso stores but also at Daiso Mall, its online shopping mall. Depending on spending in the previous month, cardholders can receive up to 40,000 won in monthly discounts on online and offline purchases, and existing cardholders are also eligible for the newly added Daiso Mall discount.
Cardholders can get up to 4,000 won off each purchase of 10,000 won or more at Daiso stores and Daiso Mall. Discounts apply up to five times a month online and five times offline, for a total of 10 times. Those who spend at least 300,000 won in the previous month can receive up to 30,000 won in discounts per month, while those who spend at least 600,000 won can receive up to 40,000 won.
Additional benefits are also available. Purchases at Daiso stores earn 0.5% of the amount spent in Daiso membership points. At Daiso Mall, cardholders can get 1% off the amount spent, regardless of the amount spent or the discount limit.
Discounts are also available in frequently used everyday categories, including coffee shops, delivery apps, big-box retailers, online shopping malls, convenience stores and healthcare. The card design has been expanded from one option to two. The annual fee is 8,000 won for both the domestic-only and international versions (VISA).
