[Financial News] Hyundai Motor Securities held a special lecture to deepen employees' understanding of changes in future industries and share directions for AI-driven workplace innovation.
According to financial investment industry sources on the 16th, Hyundai Motor Securities held a lecture the previous day for its employees under the title 'Jeon Mi-young's Trend Korea 2027.' The in-house education program has been running since 2018 and is now in its ninth year. This year, Jeon Mi-young, a research fellow and co-author of 'Trend Korea 2027,' served as the lecturer.
The lecture examined changes in consumption and the industrial environment through the lens of 'Alpha Sheep (ALPHA SHEEP),' the slogan capturing the major trends of 2027. Alpha Sheep refers to judging and acting first rather than following the flock, and is a concept that focuses on the social and economic changes brought about by the spread of technology rather than on AI technology itself. Key terms introduced included 'Boredom Society,' 'Life ROI,' 'Vibe Working,' 'Human Edge' and 'Discernment Capital.'
Hyundai Motor Securities' in-house AI platform, 'HAI,' was also discussed at the lecture as an example of workplace innovation. HAI was presented as an example of 'Vibe Working,' which involves redesigning work processes on the premise of collaboration between people and AI. Vibe Working refers to applying AI across the entire work system, going beyond simply using it as an assistant for individual tasks.
Bae Hyeong-geun, president of Hyundai Motor Securities, said, "I hope this special lecture will provide an opportunity to assess the direction of AI-driven workplace innovation and identify new business ideas."
Meanwhile, Hyundai Motor Securities introduced its in-house AI platform HAI last June to improve work efficiency and advance digital transformation. In the second half of this year, it plans to unveil 'HAI Version 2.0,' with enhanced pension-related features.
