[Financial News] Nongshim is sharing Shin Ramyun’s growth potential with U.S. startup founders and investors.
Nongshim said on the 16th that it is taking part in K-Startup Festival “KOOM (Dream) Week 2026,” being held in Manhattan’s Flatiron District through the 18th, to mark Shin Ramyun’s 40th anniversary. Nongshim is participating in KOOM for the second consecutive year, following last year.
Nongshim has set up a “Nongshim Pavilion” booth themed around Shin Ramyun at the venue, where it is showcasing the brand’s heritage and global competitiveness.
The goal is to share the challenges and innovation that helped Shin Ramyun grow into South Korea’s flagship K-Ramen, sold in around 100 countries worldwide, and to convey the potential for growth to startup founders and investors forging the future.
Outside the venue, on 23rd Street in front of the event site, Nongshim is operating a food truck in collaboration with New York dining brand “Everydaily.” It is selling dishes developed using Nongshim products, including a Shin Ramyun pork cutlet burger, Chapagetti tteokbokki and Shin Ramyun Toomba tteokbokki.
A Nongshim representative said, “We will continue to promote the spirit of taking on challenges and pursuing innovation on the global stage through a variety of touchpoints.”
