[Financial News] Next Securities has set up a new workspace in Sinnonhyeon, Seoul, and will operate flexible work arrangements, including flexible working hours and remote work.
According to the financial investment industry on the 15th, Next Securities recently opened a hub office in Sinnonhyeon for some of its technology and product teams. The aim is to secure workspace for financial services development staff and expand collaboration with external partners.
The company also operates flexible work arrangements. It uses a flexible working hours system that allows employees to adjust their start and finish times as long as they complete the total working hours set for each month. The required working hours are from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and remote work is also permitted once a week.
The company also plans to promote collaboration between its existing office and the Sinnonhyeon office. Its aim is to maintain communication between teams through regular exchanges and strengthen coordination on work.
A Next Securities representative said, "The Sinnonhyeon office is a work hub where technology and product talent and a range of partners can collaborate more closely to develop new financial services," adding, "We will continue to improve our workspaces and work arrangements so that our team members can fully apply their respective capabilities."
Meanwhile, Next Securities is preparing to launch a mobile trading service (MTS). Last month, it announced plans for closed testing of an Open API service that provides U.S. stock prices, order and account information, among other features. Following service validation, it plans to launch the Open API and MTS in succession.
