Yoon Mina, executive vice president of CERAGEM's Customer Experience Innovation Division, received the Prime Minister's Commendation for her contributions to innovation in healthcare services using artificial intelligence (AI) and data technologies.
CERAGEM said on the 14th that Executive Vice President Yoon received the Prime Minister's Commendation at the commemorative event for the 21st Electronics and IT Day, held at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul, on the 13th.
Executive Vice President Yoon was recognized for integrating AI, the Internet of Things (IoT), data analytics and platform technologies into healthcare products and services, and for establishing a data-driven customer management system. In particular, she was credited with providing personalized services using users' health data and product usage information, and helping expand the digital healthcare business through collaboration with specialized electronics and IT companies.
Her contribution to expanding digital healthcare products and services into overseas markets, including the United States, China and India, was also cited as a reason for the award.
Electronics and IT Day was established to commemorate the first time the annual exports of South Korea's electronics and IT industry surpassed $100 billion, in 2005. Each year, the event honors those who have contributed to industry innovation and stronger competitiveness, on the opening day of the Korea Electronics Show (KES).
A CERAGEM representative said, "By leveraging IT, we have connected our products with our mobile app and customer management services to help customers continue managing their health after purchasing our products. We will continue to improve our products' technological capabilities and safety, as well as the quality of our services, and contribute to the development of South Korea's digital healthcare industry."
Meanwhile, CERAGEM is participating in the 57th Korea Electronics Show (KES 2026), which opened on the 13th, and is operating a space where visitors can try its healthcare products.
