According to industry sources on the 14th, e-Pyeonhansesang City Cheonan-Asan Station, built by DL Construction and developed by Korea Asset In Trust, is being offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Located in Jangjae-ri, Baebang-eup, Asan-si, South Chungcheong Province, the complex comprises two buildings with six basement levels and up to 46 floors above ground, totaling 396 units. It features a single exclusive-use area of 84m2, a popular size among buyers, and offers residential comfort on par with an apartment.
The complex's biggest advantage is that construction is complete, allowing buyers to move in immediately after signing a contract. Being able to inspect the actual units before signing provides greater housing security and makes it easier to choose when to move in.
The Asan-Cheonan area, where the complex is located, is emerging as a key hub for the semiconductor industry. After being designated by the government as a specialized complex for semiconductor back-end materials, parts and equipment, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and Samsung Display plan to invest 113 trillion won in Asan, raising expectations for large-scale job creation and strong housing demand in the years ahead.
Transport links have also improved. The complex is in a station-area location, within a 500-meter radius of KTX Cheonan-Asan Station and Asan Station on Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1. Integrated KTX and Super Rapid Train (SRT) services have made high-speed rail more convenient, while plans are underway to extend the GTX-C line via Cheonan-Asan Station and build a metropolitan multi-modal transfer center. These projects are expected to dramatically improve access to Seoul and the greater Seoul area.
Construction of the KTX Station Area R&D Cluster near Cheonan-Asan Station is underway, with completion targeted for 2027. Major retail and cultural venues, including Moda Outlet, CGV, Galleria Department Store and E-Mart Traders, are within walking distance, offering excellent convenience for daily life. Residents can also enjoy a pleasant natural setting, including the Jangjaecheon walking trail directly in front of the complex, as well as Lake Park and Sports Park.
The development also offers a high-quality living environment. Its design, with up to 46 floors, provides expansive views, while each unit features a 3- to 4-bay layout, a living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room to maximize the use of space. The complex will also include a range of community amenities for residents, such as a swimming pool, fitness center and rooftop lounge facilities, along with neighborhood commercial facilities on the lower floors. The on-site sales center is open to visitors, who can tour the units in person.
