[Financial News] Kyobo Book Centre is holding an online general knowledge mock exam that tests knowledge in six fields, including philosophy, history and science, with 18 questions, and lets participants explore books related to the questions. It will also host art lectures and jazz performances.
According to Kyobo Book Centre on the 13th, the “2026 Second-Half General Knowledge Mock Exam,” which began on the 12th, is a follow-up to an event held last spring. The questions cover philosophy, history, science, economics, the arts and current affairs.
After completing the questions, participants can check their scores in each field and identify areas where they are weaker on their score reports. This time, answer explanations and recommended books for each question have been added, so participants can explore related topics further after completing the exam.
Regardless of whether they take the mock exam, people can also browse books selected by book merchandisers (MDs) by area of interest. The recommendations are divided into introductory, intermediate and advanced levels.
The score report can be saved as an image or shared, and participating customers will receive a 500-won e-voucher. Customers who purchase at least 30,000 won worth of books in related fields can choose a 2027 planner made in collaboration with calendar brand Dokyumento as a limited-quantity gift.
“Cinematic Class—Cine Museum: Musée d’Orsay” will be held at 11 a.m. on the 24th. The museum’s major works will be introduced through video and commentary.
