[Financial News] SNT Energy Co., Ltd. announced on the 13th that it will participate in the 25th World Petroleum Congress, which runs from the 11th through the 15th in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and showcase its power generation equipment technology and local manufacturing capabilities. The event is being held at Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center, and the exhibition runs from the 12th through the 15th.
SNT Gulf, which is participating as an industry sponsor with an exhibition booth, will showcase models and promotional videos of key equipment—including heat recovery steam generators (HRSGs), air-cooled heat exchangers and condensers—together with SNT Energy Co., Ltd.
SNT Gulf strengthened its local manufacturing capabilities by expanding its production facilities in 2023 and 2025. In May last year, it signed an “HRSG Localization Agreement” with the localization procurement authority under Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Energy, becoming the first in the industry to have its HRSG localization capabilities recognized. On this basis, it has enhanced its competitiveness in the local market, including by having its products listed among the Saudi government’s “mandatory local purchase items.”
In recent years, Saudi Arabia has been expanding power generation facilities, including natural gas-fired combined-cycle plants, as electricity demand rises amid the development of future infrastructure and growth in the artificial intelligence (AI) and data center industries. In response to these market changes, SNT Energy Co., Ltd. plans to leverage its HRSG technology and local production base to participate in new power generation projects.
A representative of SNT Energy Co., Ltd. said, “Through our participation in this event, we will showcase our HRSG technology and local manufacturing capabilities in Saudi Arabia to global energy companies,” adding, “We will continue to actively expand business opportunities in the Middle East power generation equipment market, building on our local production system.”
