[Financial News] As parents born in the 1990s emerge as key players in education spending, management and communication practices at early childhood education institutions, including kindergartens and daycare centers, are undergoing a shift. VISANG Education said on the 13th that it had held a forum for managers of early childhood education institutions across the country in response to the rapidly changing education environment and generational change among parents, and was working to strengthen communication with the field.
According to VISANG Education, the forum, held at its headquarters in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi Province, from October 30 through the 1st of this month, focused on “Parents Born in the ’90s Are Coming.” Participants analyzed the characteristics of the new generation of parents and changes in their expectations of education, and explored in depth new approaches to management and communication at early childhood education institutions tailored to parents born in the 1990s, who are digitally savvy and prefer rational communication.
Strategies for using early childhood programs and edtech content to strengthen educational competitiveness in the field were also shared. VISANG Education presented various educational content and operational support measures that can be applied in early childhood education settings, in line with the changing education environment, and exchanged views with participants.
Son Byeong-mok, CEO of VISANG Education’s T-Learning Company, said, “With a new generation of parents emerging, kindergartens and daycare centers have reached a point where a major shift in policy, communication and management practices is needed. It was meaningful to have in-depth conversations with directors at this forum and to be able to introduce VISANG Education’s innovative early childhood programs for 2027. We will continue to strengthen mutually beneficial partnerships with practitioners in the field.” VISANG Education plans to continue meeting with managers of early childhood education institutions across the country, gather input from the field, and expand its content and services to meet the changing education environment.
