[Financial News] Chunjae Textbook announced on the 13th that its specialist reading-and-writing brand, Haebeop Reading and Writing, would set out to tap the education startup market by holding a series of business information sessions for prospective center operators in major regions nationwide over four days starting on the 20th.
The sessions are designed to introduce prospective entrepreneurs preparing to open and operate classrooms to the company’s key educational programs and the direction of business operations, and to share support measures aimed at reducing the initial costs of starting a business.
In particular, to mark its seventh consecutive win in the reading, writing and debate category of the Brand of the Year awards, Haebeop Reading and Writing is offering practical support benefits to newly contracted classrooms. Seven classrooms will be selected by lottery from among those that complete their contracts within the designated period to receive books worth 700,000 won. In addition, new contractors with experience in education will receive a 500,000-won cashback benefit toward teaching materials for research.
The events will be held in four regions nationwide: Seoul and Incheon on the 20th; Gyeonggi, Gangwon and Jeju on the 21st; Daejeon, Chungcheong and Honam on the 22nd; and Daegu, Busan, Ulsan and Gyeongsang on the 23rd. Venues will be locations arranged by local branches or branch offices. Detailed schedules are available on the official Haebeop Reading and Writing website.
Kwak Yeong-hui, head of Haebeop Reading and Writing, said, "This business information session will give prospective operators preparing to launch reading-and-writing classrooms an opportunity to take a close look at the programs and overall business operations."
