[Financial News] Everland, operated by Samsung C&T Resort Group, is presenting performances and interactive activities for the whole family this fall.
Everland said on the 12th that through November 22 it will offer a variety of fall activities, including special performances such as parades, circus acts and fireworks shows, as well as walking safaris, horror experiences and seasonal food.
During the day, the “Smiley Pumpkin Parade” takes place along Parade Road and at Carnival Square. Floats decorated with pumpkin and skeleton themes, along with performers, parade to music, and visitors can also take part in the parade.
In the new show “Ppupa Band,” debuting this fall, animal characters from Ppupa Town appear as a band and perform to music for about 15 minutes. The art circus “Wings of Memory” is staged twice a day at the indoor Grand Stage.
At night, performances featuring lights and fireworks continue. The “Moonlight Parade,” featuring a large float decorated with 1 million bulbs, creates a fairy-tale-like scene. The special fireworks show “Guardians of Light” fills the night sky with thousands of fireworks, flights by drones carrying large objects and laser effects.
Visitors can also enjoy a space filled with autumn flowers and seasonal products. Four Seasons Garden has been transformed into an autumn garden in full bloom with marigolds, cosmos and other flowers. Around 30 new varieties of costume merchandise themed around animals and fall festivals have also been released, including orangutan plush toys and items featuring capybaras, rabbits and frogs.
Special Dutch-style dishes, including bitterballen, friet and Gouda cheese pizza, are on offer. Visitors can also try fall-limited dishes such as spicy Jeju black pork bibimbap and chestnut lattes.
Interactive programs that let visitors observe animals up close are also available. “Wild Savannah Expedition” is an exploration program where visitors walk through Lost Valley and encounter animals. At night, Everland Night Safari offers a chance to see predators in the dark.
At the horror-themed zone “Blood City Zero,” celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, visitors can enjoy an immersive horror experience in which they become survivors in a zombie city and complete missions within the story.
