27,000 Flock to Model Home for Sangok Station Xi Hillstate & Haneulchae

[Financial News] More than 27,000 visitors flocked over four days to the model home for Sangok Station Xi Hillstate & Haneulchae, which was opened on the 8th by a consortium of GS Engineering & Construction, Hyundai Engineering and Construction, and Kolon Global. The model home is located at 43-2 Sangok-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, near Exit 6 of Sangok Station, and will remain open until applications begin on the 19th.
According to the real estate industry on the 12th, Sangok Station Xi Hillstate & Haneulchae is an apartment complex being developed through the Sangok 6 Housing Redevelopment Project in Sangok-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon. It will comprise 20 buildings, with three basement levels and up to 33 floors above ground, and a total of 2,706 homes. Of these, 1,289 small- and mid-sized homes, with exclusive floor areas of 50–84 square meters, will be offered for general sale.
Visitors reportedly showed strong interest in the location, right in front of Exits 5 and 6 of Sangok Station on Subway Line 7. Attention also focused on the walkable distance to Incheon Sangokbuk Elementary School and Incheon Magok Elementary School, as well as green amenities such as Wonjeoksan Park. Visitors ranged from newlyweds in their 20s and 30s and couples in their 30s and 40s with young children to middle-aged and older people.
Applications for the complex will open with special-supply applications on the 19th, followed by first-priority applications on the 20th and second-priority applications on the 21st. The winners will be announced on the 27th, and contracts will be signed over three days, from November 9 to 11. Homeowners are also eligible to apply in the first-priority category.
