According to Kumho Construction on the 12th, Hyeongok Central Atera will be developed through the housing reconstruction project for Hyeongok 3 Jugong Apartments, on and around 141-11 Hyeongok-dong. The complex will comprise seven buildings, with two basement levels and 29 floors above ground, and a total of 770 units. Of these, 135 units with an exclusive-use area of 59 sq. m. will be offered for general sale.
Hyeongok-dong is an established residential hub in Gumi, with well-developed schools, academies, shopping and transportation networks.
Nearby educational facilities include Hyeongil Elementary School and Hyeongok Middle School. The Hyeongok-area academy district and Gumi City Central Library are also close by, making it convenient to access facilities needed for children’s education.
Everyday amenities, including Hyeongok-dong’s established shopping district, CHA Hospital and the Culture and Arts Center, are also nearby. Unlike new towns where residential areas and their amenities are newly developed, residents can use existing infrastructure as soon as they move in.
Transportation options include Gumi Station, Gumi IC and the Gumi General Bus Terminal. The area also has roads connecting it to downtown Gumi and the national industrial complex.
Hyeongok Neighborhood Park is located in front of the complex, and Geumosan is also nearby. Some units will have views of Hyeongok Neighborhood Park.
The interiors are designed to make efficient use of space, with a focus on the 59-sq.-m. units. The plan calls for a four-bay layout, cross-ventilation and enhanced storage space.
The model home will be located at 60-3 Gwangpyeong-dong, Gumi, North Gyeongsang Province, and is scheduled to open in November.
