【Hanoi, Vietnam—Kim Jun-seok, correspondent】LG Electronics Vietnam has partnered with Hope Friends Korea Food for the Hungry International (KFHI), an international relief and development NGO, to open a modern library for students in Kim Phuong, Thai Nguyen Province, northern Vietnam.
According to local media on the 12th, LG Electronics Vietnam held an opening ceremony for the 'Library to Nurture Dreams' at Kim Phuong Secondary School in Thai Nguyen Province on the 7th, together with KFHI and the local government.
The project is the second outcome of the 2026 LG Ambassador Challenge, LG Electronics' social contribution initiative in Vietnam. I hope the new library will inspire students, help them develop reading habits and take initiative in learning through digital devices, and give them the opportunity to nurture bigger dreams."
As part of the day's event, LG Electronics Vietnam presented gifts of hope and encouragement to 30 outstanding students who are committed to their studies despite difficult family circumstances, supporting them in continuing their education.
