[Financial News] Toss Place is holding its first large-scale open recruitment across all job functions since its incorporation. Toss Place is a subsidiary of Toss (operated by Viva Republica) that supplies payment terminals and point-of-sale (POS) solutions.
Toss said on the 12th that Toss Place will conduct open recruitment from today through the 31st. The hiring drive is being launched decisively four and a half years after the company was incorporated in March 2022.
Applications can be submitted through Toss Place’s dedicated careers website.
Hiring is underway for virtually all job functions, including Business & Sales, data, design, engineering, finance, marketing, HR, product, security and strategy.
The total number of hires will be in the three digits, or at least 100.
There are no restrictions on years of experience. Anyone can apply for any role, from entry-level to experienced positions. Applicants may also apply to other Toss affiliates at the same time.
The hiring process consists of a résumé review, a job interview, a culture-fit interview and a reference check, in that order. Depending on the role, applicants may also be asked to submit a portfolio or complete an assignment or coding test.
The hiring drive is intended to secure in advance the staff needed to expand the business. Toss Place is broadening its services beyond its Toss Front payment terminal to cover the wider range of store operations, including POS and customer management.
A Toss Place representative said, “Our business goal is to go beyond being a payment-terminal company and redesign every customer touchpoint in offline stores. We look forward to applications from people eager to try something new, regardless of their job function or experience.”
