Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney called the attack on Riyadh airport “a despicable act” on X, saying, “Canada strongly condemns reckless acts of violence.” Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also criticized the attack in a post on X, saying that “attacks targeting civilians and critical infrastructure are absolutely unacceptable and pose a serious threat to regional peace and stability.”
Egypt’s Foreign Ministry said the Houthi rebels’ attack was “a flagrant violation of international law and an act that disregards the safety of citizens,” while Qatar’s Foreign Ministry criticized it as “a serious violation of Saudi sovereignty and a direct threat to regional security, civilian safety, and civilian navigation.”
