“I couldn’t bring myself to tell even my family” ... Comedian Kim In-seok divorced Angela Park two years ago

[Financial News] Kim In-seok, 46, a comedian recruited through Korean Broadcasting System (KBS)’s 16th open recruitment, belatedly revealed that he had divorced. He divorced Angela Park, 40, a TV personality and former Miss Korea, two years ago, in their 10th year of marriage.
On the 9th, Kim In-seok announced on his social media, “About two years ago, I came to accept the decision to end our relationship as a married couple and go our separate ways.”
He said, “Although our relationship as a married couple ends here, we will continue to do our best for the children and be good parents together.”
Explaining why he had waited to announce the divorce, he said, “I also needed time to accept this reality and process my feelings.” He added, “There were times that weren’t easy, but now I want to get through them and make a new start.”
He concluded, “I couldn’t tell even my close acquaintances about this in advance,” adding, “I’m sorry to my family, relatives and close acquaintances who are learning the news for the first time through this post.”
The two met through an introduction by an acquaintance and married in 2014. They have two sons together.
