Applications for 1,829 homes to open next week... Large Chungcheong model home draws attention amid focus on Gyeonggi

RealToday, a real estate research firm, said on the 8th that subscription applications will be accepted for a total of 1,829 units at eight sites nationwide during the third week of October (including officetels and excluding Happy Housing). Announcements of successful applicants at three sites, contract signings at seven sites, and the opening of three new model homes are also scheduled.
In the Seoul metropolitan area, attractive complexes are set to open for applications, led by projects in Gyeonggi Province. First, on the 13th, Ssangyong Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. will accept first-priority applications for Ssangyong The Platinum Hangang in Yangseo-myeon, Yangpyeong County. The complex will comprise 333 units across six buildings, with two basement levels and 19 above-ground floors, and exclusive-use areas of 74–146 square meters. It is near Yangsu Station on the Gyeongui–Jungang Line and offers views of both the Namhan and Bukhan rivers. On the same day, KCC Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. (KCC E&C) will accept first-priority applications for Hyangnam Station Grove Switzen in Hyangnam-eup, Hwaseong Special City. The large complex will comprise 933 units across seven buildings, with two basement levels and 29 above-ground floors, and exclusive-use areas of 71–147 square meters. Its appeal includes the planned extension of the Shin Ansan Line to Hyangnam and demand from nearby industrial complexes.
In provincial areas, applications will be accepted for projects including Irene 8th in Idoi-dong, Jeju City (45 units); The Sharp Dongin Centriche in Jung District, Daegu (314 units); and Cheonan IPARK City, Complex 2 (second round), in Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province (61 units).
On the 16th, large model homes will open in major provincial cities and regional hubs. Hansung Construction will open a model home for Asan Grand City Phil House in Baebang-eup, Asan, South Chungcheong Province. The complex will comprise 1,534 units, including 1,380 for general sale, with exclusive-use areas of 84 and 103 square meters. Its strengths include its location within the KTX Cheonan-Asan Station area and close to workplaces such as Samsung Display City. On the same day, IPARK Hyundai Development Company will unveil a model home for Cheongju Gagyeong IPARK Complexes 7 and 8 in the Gagyeong-dong area of Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province. The mega-scale branded development will total 1,671 units—543 in Complex 7 and 1,128 in Complex 8—and offer convenient access to the amenities of Gagyeong-dong’s central commercial district.
