[Financial News] Busan Metropolitan Corporation said on the 8th that it would begin the application process for two units from canceled contracts: one unit at Eco Delta City Prugio Center Park (Block 18) and one at e-Pyeonhansesang Eco Delta Center Point (Block 19).
The application is for two units with an exclusive area of 84 square meters made available after the original buyers canceled their contracts. The notice inviting applications for residents will be posted on Cheongyak Home on the 12th, applications will be accepted on the 19th, and successful applicants will be announced on the 22nd.

Eligible applicants are adults who reside in Busan and are members of a household that owns no home, as of the date the notice inviting applications for residents is posted. Applications are open regardless of whether applicants have a housing subscription savings account. The resale restriction period has expired, so there are no additional resale restrictions, and applicants may apply for units in both Blocks 18 and 19.
Under relevant laws and regulations, the sale price will be the same as the original sale price, including the cost of balcony extensions. Comparable units in the same apartment complexes are currently selling for around 12% more than their initial sale price in 2022, so successful applicants are expected to see a gain based on market prices.
The corporation made clear, however, that this was a natural result of rising real estate market prices since the initial sales in 2022 and was not intended to generate gains based on market prices.
Eco Delta City Prugio Center Park comprises 13 buildings, with 972 units in total, and has two basement levels and 16 above-ground floors. e-Pyeonhansesang Eco Delta Center Point comprises 15 buildings, with 953 units in total, and has two basement levels and 19 above-ground floors.
Further details about the application process will be available from the 12th on Cheongyak Home or the Busan Metropolitan Corporation website.
Corporation president Shin Chang-ho said, “The canceled units being offered again this time have relatively simple application requirements, making them accessible, and their sale prices are low, so we expect strong interest from Busan residents. We will make thorough preparations to ensure the schedule proceeds without a hitch, from application submissions through move-in.”[email protected] Byeon Ok-hwan Reporter
