[Financial News] Coupang is launching a campaign to help employees manage their mental health and communicate with colleagues.
According to industry sources on the 8th, Coupang will run its “World Mental Health Day 2026” campaign for a month to mark World Mental Health Day on the 10th. The aim is to let employees experience mental well-being services and learn how to take care of their mental health in everyday life.
The slogan is “better, together,” meaning “things get better when we’re together.” The campaign will be available not only at Coupang offices but also at major centers operated by Coupang Fulfillment Services (CFS) and major camps operated by Coupang Logistics Services (CLS).
The weekly programs will progress from understanding oneself to reflecting on relationships with colleagues and learning stress-management techniques. The first week will feature self-exploration and assessment programs, including “My Mind Through Pictures,” which uses art-based psychological assessments.
The second week will feature a “Team Mindfulness Workshop.” Through the DISC behavioral style assessment and the Enneagram personality type assessment, employees will explore their own traits and those of their colleagues, and be encouraged to understand one another’s strengths and differences and offer each other emotional support.
In the third week, Professor Lee Ho-seon will give a special lecture at major offices. The talk, titled “What Brings Us Closer,” will focus on strengthening a sense of belonging among colleagues. There will also be sessions on how to access psychological counseling and tips for choosing a counselor. Managers will be offered a separate program on stress management and communication skills.
Support will continue after the campaign. Coupang Care Center plans to keep helping employees manage their mental health through professional psychological support services, including counseling (EAP) services.
A Coupang Care Center representative said, “Mental well-being—maintaining a healthy state of mind—is as important a value at Coupang as employees’ physical health,” adding, “We hope this campaign will encourage employees to take care of their own mental well-being and make self-care part of their everyday lives.”
