[Financial News] Atomy has been named No. 1 in the small and medium-sized enterprise category of the “2026 Best Workplaces in Asia,” the first Korean company to achieve the ranking.
On the 8th, GPTW, a global trust-based management assessment organization, said Atomy had been named No. 1 in the Small & Medium category of the “2026 Best Workplaces in Asia.”
This is the first time a Korean company has ranked No. 1 in the category in Asia. After placing third in 2025, Atomy reached the top this year.
GPTW selects the best companies to work for by surveying employees and executives worldwide about trust in management, respect and fairness toward employees, pride in their work, camaraderie and other factors. The 2026 Best Workplaces in Asia ranking was based on the results of more than 3.8 million surveys completed by employees and executives at companies in Asia.
In Korea, Atomy also ranked second overall after being named to GPTW Korea’s “2026 Best Workplaces in Korea” list for the sixth consecutive year in February. Atomy Chairman Park Han-gil was named Korea’s Most Respected CEO for the sixth consecutive year. He is the first corporate CEO in Korea to make the list for six consecutive years.
Atomy said its management philosophy of “cherishing the soul” underlies these achievements. It views employees as valuable in and of themselves, rather than as a means to achieve corporate results; Chairman Park has emphasized this as the “baby philosophy.”
An Atomy representative said, “This achievement shows that a people-centered management philosophy and a culture of trust have taken root,” adding, “We will continue to build a corporate culture where all employees can take pride and grow together.”
