According to industry sources on the 7th, LX Hausys was named the top company in the window category of the 2026 National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) survey for the second consecutive year.
The window category was added to the NCSI survey conducted by the Korea Productivity Center last year. After ranking first in the inaugural survey when the category was introduced last year, LX Hausys again came out on top this year, retaining its lead for a second consecutive year.
The NCSI is a customer satisfaction metric jointly developed by the Korea Productivity Center and the University of Michigan in the United States. First published in 1998, it is used as one of South Korea’s leading customer satisfaction indices, assessing satisfaction based on the gap between customer expectations and actual user experience.
In this year’s survey, “LX Z:IN Windows” received high marks for basic window performance, including insulation and airtightness; a design featuring slim frames; product and service quality; value for money; and customers’ willingness to repurchase its products and services.
The flagship product, “LX Z:IN ViewFrame Windows,” features high insulation performance with a top-tier energy efficiency rating of Grade 1, a bezel-less frame design and slim window sashes. By minimizing the window frames, it expands the viewing area and creates a greater sense of openness indoors.
LX Hausys is expanding its push into premium markets such as reconstruction and redevelopment, in addition to the market for windows in standard residential properties.
The premium system window brand Ronchel is a composite window that combines aluminum (AL) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Aluminum is used for the outer windows, while a range of materials—including PVC, aluminum and full glass—can be used for the inner windows.
LX Hausys plans to broaden the range of markets it serves, from the general consumer market to the premium housing market, with product lines including ViewFrame, Ronchel and Fenest.
An LX Hausys official said, “We plan to continue enhancing customer satisfaction at every stage, from producing high-quality windows to installation and after-sales service. We will continue to introduce window products that satisfy customers, leveraging our differentiated technology and design, and lead the market.”
