[Financial News] Evezary is marking its 50th anniversary with an October ‘Nationwide Customer Appreciation Festival’ as it launches an all-out push into the sleep market.
According to Evezary on the 7th, the monthlong event will run simultaneously at around 300 stores nationwide and on its official online mall, timed to coincide with the company’s founding anniversary on October 3.
Evezary has selected steady sellers and popular products from each of three bedding categories—items to cover up with, lie on and rest one’s head on—as ‘50th Anniversary Commemorative Items.’ These and other event products will be offered at special trial prices with discounts of up to 50%.
The Lysel topper, one of the 50th Anniversary Commemorative Items, is one of Evezary’s leading steady sellers. Since its launch in 2014, it has gained word-of-mouth recognition as a ‘topper you can wash in its entirety’ and sold more than 100,000 units over 12 years. Made with X-Foam, a material manufactured exclusively in Korea, it can be washed with water. It continues to be popular with households where hygiene is a particular concern, including those with young children, pets or pregnant women.
Twenty-five types of pillows, including functional pillows offered in a personalized fit with a range of heights, shapes and firmness levels, are also included in the promotion. The ‘Doctor-Recommended Pillow’ comes in versions for the neck, shoulders and side sleeping, allowing customers to choose one suited to their individual sleeping position; it comfortably supports the head, neck and shoulders.
Evezary CEO Yoon Jong-woong said, “I hope the 50th anniversary appreciation event will be an opportunity to give back to our customers, and we will continue to stand by them as a total sleep-care brand dedicated to the nation’s healthy sleep.”
