BS Group to Hold '2026 Garden Festa' at Sani Garden on the 17th and 18th

[Financial News] BS Group is rolling out a series of fall festivals, cultural and arts exhibitions, and camping events at Sani Garden, which it operates in Solaseado, Haenam, in the Jeonnam-Gwangju Integrated Special City. Its signature event, the '2026 Garden Festa,' will run for two days starting on the 17th.
BS Group said on the 7th that this year's Garden Festa will center on the Sweet Potato Garden Festival, featuring Haenam's signature agricultural products. It will offer sweet potato digging activities and a pop-up store, and hold the 3rd Sani Garden Children's Art Contest, where children will depict the future of gardens and nature in their artwork.
During the event, the group will co-host the 2nd ESG Hanmadang with the Jeonnam-Gwangju ESG Association, offering hands-on and promotional programs focused on the environment and sustainability.
On the 18th, a 2-km family marathon will be held at Sani Garden in conjunction with a marathon organized by Mokpo MBC.
An exhibition titled 'Autobiography of Humanity' by designer Park Ju-seok will run on the second floor of the Garden Museum through the 30th of this month. Under the theme 'THE GREAT RETURN―Back to Nature. Forward to Civilization.,' it reinterprets traditional culture through modern graphics.
The exhibition explores the relationship between nature and civilization, and between tradition and technology, connecting the values of connection, circulation and coexistence in Ganggangsullae with Natural Intelligence (NI; Nature Intelligence).
The 'Sani Garden Camping Festa,' a three-day, two-night event, will take place from the 23rd to the 25th. Its program will include camping, performances, barbecue and walks through the Starlight Garden.
The Haenam Culture and Tourism Foundation's 'Haemung Project' will also be part of the event. Visitors can relax while taking in nature at the Haemung Zone, created around the theme of 'Zoning Out in Haenam.' Nighttime offerings, including a flea market, will run until 8 p.m. during the event.
A BS Group representative said, "We have prepared a variety of attractions throughout October, including the Garden Festa, cultural and arts exhibitions, children's programs, ESG activities, a family marathon and camping." The representative added, "We will do our part to help Sani Garden establish itself as a place where tourists visiting Haenam can stay and relax, and to contribute to revitalizing local tourism and the local economy."
Sani Garden is a privately developed garden created by BS Group in Solaseado. It features 15 themed gardens and more than 1,000 species of rare useful plants.
