High-Rise Complex with Access to Three Rail Lines Set to Rise in Uijeongbu; Sales Planned for “Uijeongbu Station Fellis Tower Yangwoo Naeanae”

[Financial News] Yangwoo Construction will begin sales this month for “Uijeongbu Station Fellis Tower Yangwoo Naeanae,” in Uijeongbu-dong, Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi Province.
According to Yangwoo Construction on the 6th, the complex will comprise six basement levels and up to 49 stories above ground. It will have 1,252 apartments with exclusive floor areas of 59 and 84 square meters, and 48 officetel units with an exclusive floor area of 66 square meters, for a total of 1,300 units. Of the apartments, 414 will be offered for general sale.
The complex is located in a “triple station-area” zone, with access to Seoul Subway Line 1, the Uijeongbu Light Rail and the Gyoe Line at Uijeongbu Station. The GTX-C line is also planned, and access to Seoul is expected to improve in the future.
Nearby amenities include Shinsegae Department Store, Uijeongbu Rodeo Street and Uijeongbu City Hall. Yeokjeon Neighborhood Park, Uijeongbu Art Camp and Infinite Imagination Citizens’ Park are also within walking distance.
The complex also stands out for its distinctive offerings. Community facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, golf practice range, pet café (planned) and residents’ café, are planned. A breakfast service (planned) will also be offered. Extensive landscaping and parks will be created within the complex.
