[Financial News] Booyoung Group is offering 148-square-meter exclusive-use units at Complexes 1 and 2 of “Wolsan Sarang-euro Booyoung,” located in Wolsan District, Hwado-eup, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi Province, on a first-come, first-served basis.
According to Booyoung Group on the 6th, Complexes 1 and 2 of Wolsan Sarang-euro Booyoung are large-scale apartment complexes consisting of two basement levels and 33 floors above ground. The complexes comprise 24 buildings, offer exclusive-use areas ranging from 59 to 148 square meters, and contain a total of 2,934 households.
Booyoung Group is offering company-owned inventory on a first-come, first-served basis from among the 639 large units with exclusive-use areas of 148 square meters. Prices are in the low KRW 400 million range.
Residents can access the Gyeongchun Expressway and the Toegyewon-Dapnaeri Automobile-Only Road. Travel within the Seoul metropolitan area also improved after portions of the Capital Region 2nd Ring Expressway opened in February 2024.
Further expansion of the metropolitan transportation network is also planned. The GTX-B line, which will connect Songdo in Incheon with Maseok in Namyangju via Yeouido and Seoul Station, is being developed with a target opening in 2031.
The complex is also equipped with educational facilities and daily-life infrastructure. Namyangju Wolsan Elementary School, Hwagwang Middle School and Namyangju High School are located nearby. FRESH 365, Nonghyup Hanaro Mart and large food-ingredient marts are also within easy reach. When a 787-unit apartment complex is completed in Wolsan District 2 in 2027, a large residential town is expected to take shape, further improving residents’ convenience.
As an ecological-environment pilot city, Wolsan District also offers abundant green space. Wolsan District 6 Neighborhood Park is located near the complex, while Songnasan Mountain and Munansan Mountain surround the area, providing a pleasant residential environment.
The complex also has the “Booyoung Sarang-euro Daycare Center,” whose operation is supported by Booyoung Group. The group does not charge rent for the daycare center and supports the use of the resulting savings for early childhood welfare, including event and field-trip expenses as well as teaching materials and educational equipment.
