[Financial News] Hoban Property, part of Hoban Group, held an art and hands-on experience event for children and families at Avenue France's Pangyo, Gwangmyeong, and Gwanggyo New Town branches.
According to Hoban Property on the 6th, it held the '2026 Avenue France Children's Art Festival' over two days starting on the 3rd.
The event was held at the Avenue France Pangyo and Gwangmyeong branches on the 3rd and at the Gwanggyo New Town branch on the 4th. A total of 385 children from preschool through third grade participated.
The participating children drew pictures on the theme of 'the most exciting playground in the world that I want to create.' Through on-site judging, 12 winners were selected at each branch, for a total of 36. They received awards including the grand prize, gold prize, silver prize, bronze prize, and Monami Special Award.
The winners received various prizes, including accommodation vouchers for Splas Resom. The winning works will be displayed at the Avenue France Pangyo branch.
The festival also featured hands-on programs for families visiting together. Booths offered activities such as making cotton-candy characters, creating eco-bags, and drawing on a drawing wall, giving children and their families opportunities to enjoy the event together.
Kim Yunhye, president overseeing management at Hoban Property, said, "We were able to wrap up the event on a joyful note with so many children and families joining us. We will continue to develop programs so that customers and local residents can experience a variety of cultural and hands-on content at Avenue France."
Meanwhile, Avenue France currently operates three branches in Pangyo, Gwangmyeong, and Gwanggyo New Town. In April, it was named No. 1 in the shopping mall category of the 2026 Brand Customer Loyalty Awards for the second consecutive year.
