According to industry sources on the 6th, POSCO E&C will conduct formal contract signing for the complex over three days from the 6th through the 8th at a model home located in Gyodong, Yeoju City, Gyeonggi Province. More than 12,000 people visited the model home during the three days following its opening, drawing strong interest. Expectations are growing that the momentum will continue throughout the contract period.
The complex has introduced a flat first contract deposit of 10 million won to ease buyers' financial burden. As it is located in a non-regulated area of the Seoul metropolitan region, restrictions on winning a new subscription and mandatory owner occupancy do not apply. Presale rights can also be resold six months after the winner announcement date. These advantages are attracting end-users to the newly built complex, where financing is relatively easier amid the recent expansion of regulated areas.
The complex's features are also worth noting. It will comprise 696 homes in a single 84-square-meter exclusive-area layout, spanning two basement levels to a maximum of 29 above-ground floors across seven buildings. Most units are oriented south, and a four-bay, plate-type design has been adopted. Each unit includes an alpha room and pantry options by type, while glass balcony railings will be provided at no additional cost when balconies are expanded. The complex will feature a large community facility measuring approximately 3,900 square meters and an advanced smart-home system. Parking will be provided at a generous average of about 1.4 spaces per household.
The location is another strength. As the complex is being developed in the Hongmun 2 District urban development area, residents will have access to infrastructure in both the existing downtown area and the Yeoju Station area. The Gyeonggang Line's Yeoju Station provides convenient access to Pangyo and other parts of the Seoul metropolitan region. With major transportation projects such as the Yeoju-Wonju Double-Track Railway, the Suseo-Gwangju Line and Great Train eXpress Line D (GTX-D) planned for the future, the complex is also considered to have strong growth potential.
