[Financial News] Mirae-N is presenting a special exhibition with Kyobo Book Centre to help elementary school students develop reading habits and improve their literacy.
Mirae-N announced on the 6th that it will hold the "Mirae-N Elementary Literacy Special Exhibition" at Kyobo Book Centre's online and offline stores through December 31. The event began on the 1st and will continue for approximately three months through the end of the year.
The exhibition was designed to help elementary school students discover the joy of reading and connect it with systematic literacy learning. It brings together popular children's books from Mirae-N's Iseum publishing brand and the elementary learning workbooks in the "One Page a Day" literacy series.
The featured books include a wide range of popular series, such as "My First Greek and Roman Mythology," "Common Siblings Common Curiosity," and "Syuppeolmen." The lineup is designed to first spark interest through books about mythology, history and everyday curiosities, then strengthen children's ability to read and understand text through core workbooks such as "One Page a Day Reading Comprehension" and "Spelling, Four-character Idioms and Proverbs."
The event is taking place simultaneously at the Kyobo Book Centre online store and 30 offline stores nationwide. Customers who purchase at least KRW 20,000 worth of featured books will receive a stationery set, while those who spend at least KRW 40,000 at an offline store will receive an exclusive notebook key-ring set. All promotional gifts are available in limited quantities and may be discontinued early once supplies run out.
A Mirae-N official said, "We wanted to naturally connect the fun of reading with literacy learning by placing Iseum's reading content alongside the One Page a Day workbooks," adding, "We hope this will give children an opportunity to discover books that suit them and develop the joy of reading and understanding."
