Namchuncheon Centreville will comprise six basement levels and up to 39 above-ground floors, with 264 units offering 59–84 sq. m. of exclusive-use area. By unit size, the complex will include 32 units measuring 59 sq. m. and 232 units measuring 84 sq. m., focusing on the small- and medium-sized layouts favored by homebuyers.
The Namchuncheon area, where the complex will be built, is a prime living zone encompassing some of Chuncheon's most preferred residential neighborhoods, including Onui-dong and Yaksa-dong. With abundant transportation, commercial, educational, administrative and medical facilities, the area is often called "Chuncheon's Gangnam."
The site offers excellent transportation access. Located along Chuncheon-ro, a major road connecting downtown Chuncheon with surrounding areas, it provides convenient travel within the city. Namchuncheon Station, served by the Gyeongchun Line and ITX-Cheongchun, as well as the Chuncheon Express and Intercity Bus Terminal, are nearby. Access to the Jungang Expressway and Seoul–Yangyang Expressway is also convenient via Chuncheon IC, providing excellent connectivity to Seoul and the capital region.
A wide range of daily amenities is concentrated nearby. Lotte Mart Chuncheon Branch, E-Mart Chuncheon Branch, Lotte Cinema and Megabox are close by, allowing residents to conveniently enjoy the commercial district centered around Namchuncheon Station. Major medical and administrative institutions, including Gangwon National University Hospital, Chuncheon City Hall and Chuncheon Police Station, are also located nearby.
The area also offers excellent educational conditions. Bongui Elementary School and Chuncheon Middle School are within walking distance, while well-regarded local schools such as Chuncheon High School, Seongsu High School and Seongsu Girls' High School are concentrated nearby. Chuncheon National University of Education (CNUE) and Kangwon National University (KNU) are also close to the complex.
Some units, excluding certain households, will offer views of Yaksa-cheon in front of the complex. The development also boasts a pleasant urban residential environment, with access to Yaksa-cheon Riverside Park, Gongjicheon Sculpture Park, Gongjicheon Recreation Area and Samcheon-dong Ecological Experience Park, where residents can enjoy nature in the city.
The development's design features have also received considerable attention. A Sky Community will be created on the top, 39th floor, enhancing both the views and the development's prestige. It is planned as Chuncheon's first AI-friendly residential complex, incorporating advanced technology. Each unit will include practical storage spaces, such as a spacious primary-bedroom dressing room and a pantry, to maximize residential satisfaction.
The model home is scheduled to open in October in Seoksa-dong, Chuncheon, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province.
