HANMI Semiconductor Signs 24.5 Billion Won Supply Contract with Samsung Electro-Mechanics [Disclosure]

[Financial News] HANMI Semiconductor disclosed on the 6th that it had signed a supply contract with Samsung Electro-Mechanics for large-area Micro Saw & Vision Placement system (MSVP) equipment used to manufacture AI semiconductor substrates.
The contract is worth 24.48 billion won, equivalent to 4.24% of the company's recent revenue. The contract period runs from the 2nd through December 17, 2027.
MSVP, HANMI Semiconductor's core flagship equipment, is an essential semiconductor back-end process tool that combines a 'micro SAW,' which precisely cuts semiconductor packages, with 'Vision Placement,' which cleans and dries them before conducting vision inspections, sorting, and loading.
