From Hanwoo Sotbap to Jjamppong: Inspire Entertainment Resort Revamps OASIS Gourmet Village

Inspire Entertainment Resort revamped its in-house food court, OASIS Gourmet Village, as a casual dining venue centered on Korean and Asian cuisine and held its grand opening on the 3rd.
Through the renewal, Inspire Entertainment Resort introduced five new brands operated directly by the resort: Korean stone-pot rice specialist Chusu Sotbap, Korean soup brand Jinji, Chinese restaurant Hongmiru, Japanese restaurant Tontonnya, and Italian pizza specialist Pizza Piazza.
Chusu Sotbap offers Hanwoo 1++ stone-pot rice, scallop stone-pot rice, and charcoal-grilled spicy pork stone-pot rice. Jinji serves premium Hanwoo soup, Hanwoo and abalone seaweed soup, and pork kimchi stew. Hongmiru offers Ocean Jjamppong and Yuni Jjajangmyeon, while Tontonnya serves sirloin tonkatsu and tonkotsu ramen. Pizza Piazza sells Ocean Seafood Pizza and Steak Pizza.
The company said Inspire Entertainment Resort's executive chef personally participated in menu development, enhancing the appeal and overall quality of Asian offerings, including Chinese and Japanese dishes, while focusing on Korean flavors and ingredients.
To celebrate the grand opening, the resort will host DJ performances linked to EDC Korea 2026, a photo wall, and a Yeonmaek booth featuring Yantai Kaoliang liquor and beer from the 3rd to the 4th. From the 9th to the 11th, it will also hold a lucky draw offering prizes based on purchase amounts.
