It plans to expand into AI agent services that support financial decision-making and execution while strengthening its competitiveness as an AI-based platform.
The size of the offering and detailed listing schedule will be determined in consultation with the lead underwriter based on the progress of the preliminary review. A Banksalad official said, "Banksalad has continued to advance its proprietary technology based on its accumulated financial and health data moat and connect it to tangible financial benefits for customers," adding, "Going forward, we will evolve into an AI agent service that revolutionizes financial decision-making and execution, strengthen our business competitiveness based on an AI OS (operating system), and faithfully carry out the listing process."
