The Financial Ethics Qualification Certification is a private qualification registered with the Financial Services Commission (FSC), the competent government authority. Obtaining it demonstrates that an individual is a financial ethics professional in areas including banking and non-banking finance, financial investment, insurance, mutual finance and guarantee institutions. Through the training, employees of the Daejeon Credit Guarantee Foundation will gain a systematic understanding of practical systems directly related to their work, including internal controls and financial consumer protection, and strengthen their capabilities as financial ethics professionals.
A Korea Financial Human Resources Development Institute official said, "We organized and conducted the basic course for the Financial Ethics Qualification Certification for employees of the Daejeon Credit Guarantee Foundation," adding, "The course was designed to systematically build their financial ethics capabilities."
