[Financial News] Singer and actor T.O.P (Choi Seung-hyun, 38) and Nana (Im Jin-ah, 35) have confirmed that they are dating.
Yonhap News Agency reported on the 2nd that T.O.P's agency, TOPSPOT PICTURES, confirmed the relationship, saying, "The two first met and formed a connection while filming T.O.P's music video" and "They grew closer afterward and began dating in June."
Nana's agency, Sublime Artist Agency, also stated, "They first met through filming the music video and are currently continuing to see each other."
Earlier, Dispatch reported that T.O.P and Nana first met through filming a music video in January and later began dating.
Nana previously appeared alongside T.O.P in the music video for "Totally Crazy!", the title track of T.O.P's first full-length solo album, which was released in April.
According to Dispatch, the two met again in April through promotional YouTube content for T.O.P's new song. They grew closer as they kept in touch and began dating in June.
T.O.P and Nana both debuted as members of the second-generation idol groups BigBang and After School, respectively, and have pursued acting careers. They reportedly spent time together despite their busy schedules.
T.O.P, who debuted with BigBang in 2006, gained widespread popularity while pursuing careers as a singer and actor. After leaving the group, he halted his activities and resumed them by appearing in the Netflix drama "Squid Game 2" in December 2024.
Nana debuted with After School in 2009. She gained widespread popularity through After School and its unit group Orange Caramel, and has also been active as an actor since starring in the 2016 tvN drama "The Good Wife."
