Kyobo Securities Conducts Next-Generation Women Leaders Development Program

[Financial News] Kyobo Securities announced on the 2nd that it had conducted the 'Next-Generation Women Leaders Development Program' to strengthen the expertise and leadership of its female talent.
The program was designed to support the growth of female managers, develop a pool of next-generation leadership candidates, and realize the values of diversity and inclusion.
The training consisted of a mutual communication session, followed by a book talk and special lectures by external speakers on women's leadership and performance management.
Participants established their vision as women leaders and shared practical know-how for taking the initiative and delivering results in their respective roles.
Kyobo Securities plans to continue expanding the roles of key female talent while enhancing the organization's flexibility and competitiveness.
Kyobo Securities head of the HR Support Office Lee Kyung-min said, "The key is to create an environment where female talent who will lead future growth can fully demonstrate their capabilities," adding, "We will continue to support the development of women's leadership and the expansion of their roles based on a corporate culture that respects diversity."
