[Financial News] Webzen is recruiting applicants for its 2026 second-half employment-linked internship program. Participants will have an opportunity to transition to full-time employment after completing a six-month internship.
According to industry sources on the 2nd, Webzen will accept internship applications through its official recruitment website until October 19. Applicants will be individually notified of their document-screening results online or via text message.
The company plans to select 00 people for 13 positions in technology, game business and marketing. Applicants who pass the document screening will undergo department-specific online tests, practical interviews and executive interviews by the end of December. Final results will be individually communicated to successful applicants in December, after all stages of the selection process have concluded.
Successful candidates will begin a six-month employment-linked internship in January 2027.
Anyone can apply regardless of age or educational background. However, foreign-language proficiency is mandatory for some positions, including global business roles, that require such skills.
Webzen will provide interns with salaries and benefits equivalent to those of full-time employees throughout the internship. The company plans to transition interns whose work capabilities are confirmed through performance evaluations during the internship to full-time employment.
