Babymonster and TREASURE Stage Outfits to Be Displayed in Gunsan... YG's 'PROJECT YOURSIDE' Opens Today

[Financial News] YG Entertainment will hold its pop-up event 'PROJECT YOURSIDE' in Gunsan, North Jeolla Province, as part of efforts to expand access to culture in regional areas.
YG Entertainment said on the 2nd that the event will run for four days, from the 2nd through the 5th, at Gunsan Hoegwan in Naun-dong, Gunsan. After debuting in Wanju-gun in 2022, the event traveled to Gyeongsan, Chungju, Wonju and Jinju before arriving at its sixth regional destination.
The exhibition will feature albums and merchandise from YG artists across different eras, along with stage outfits actually worn by Babymonster and TREASURE. Visitors can also take part in various programs, including a light-stick-making activity incorporating AI technology and media art, as well as one-day dance classes led by professional dancers.
A permanent exhibition will follow the main pop-up. From the 8th through the 31st, visitors can view the main content at Gunsanhang 1981, a multifaceted cultural space in Gunsan's old downtown area.
YG Entertainment has continued its social contribution initiatives, including donations and volunteer work, through the YG WITH Campaign, which began in 2009. Its flagship program, 'PROJECT YOURSIDE,' was designed to make popular culture content concentrated in the Seoul metropolitan area accessible in regional communities as well. In 2023, the company received the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Award for Meritorious Service in Promoting Cultural Cities.
