[Financial News] The Korea Real Estate Board's housing subscription system, 'Cheongyak Home,' has received the InnoStar certification for public innovation services for the second consecutive year.
According to KREB on the 1st, InnoStar certification is a program through which the Korea Management Registrar (KMR) selects innovative services that contribute to realizing public value and improving quality of life following a two-stage evaluation by the public and experts.
Cheongyak Home is an online platform that supports the entire housing subscription process, including applications, winner searches, eligibility checks, supply schedules and guidance on the housing subscription system.
This year, the platform received positive evaluations for completely revamping its website, streamlining previously complicated procedures and making it easier for users to find the services they need.
It also simplified the process of verifying information and submitting documents required for housing subscription applications by utilizing public MyData and other resources.
Kim Nam-seong, head of the Housing Supply Support Headquarters, said, "It is important to continuously improve Cheongyak Home's services from the public's perspective," adding, "Going forward, we will continue to pursue public-service innovation that people can feel by actively leveraging digital technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and data."
