[Financial News] GS Engineering & Construction will launch sales of 'Armuze Xi' in October in the area around 586 Seongpo-dong, Sangnok District, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi Province. The complex offers access to the living zones of both Seongpo-dong and Jungang-dong. According to GS Engineering & Construction on the 1st, Armuze Xi will consist of six basement levels and 49 floors above ground across six buildings—four apartment buildings and two officetel buildings.
The development will comprise 984 apartment households and 370 officetel units, for a total of 1,354 units. The apartments will primarily feature mid- to large-sized units with exclusive areas of 84, 99 and 104 square meters.
Residents will have access to Jungang Station, served by Line 4 and the Suin-Bundang Line. The Incheon KTX, which will connect Songdo Station in Incheon with Eocheon Station in Hwaseong, began comprehensive test operations on September 17 and is scheduled to open in December. The Great Train eXpress Line C (GTX-C), which includes Sangnoksu Station in Ansan as a stop, began full-scale construction on September 15.
Nearby retail facilities include Lotte Department Store, FRESH 365 and NC Department Store. The complex is also close to green spaces such as Nojeokbong Park, Nojeokbong Artificial Waterfall Park, Seongho Park and Danwon Sculpture Park, as well as cultural facilities including Seongpo Art Square and Danwon Art Museum.
The residents-only community center will offer specialized facilities and services, including a sauna, screen golf, a putting simulator, a fitness center, a sky lounge, and lunch and dinner dining services. The complex is regarded as having a high-quality, differentiated design that sets it apart from older developments in the area, based on Ansan's first arts-focused concept. The name 'Armuze' combines 'art' with 'musée,' the French word for 'museum.' It reflects the development's aim to create a new residential culture where residents can enjoy art, personal tastes and experiences in their daily lives, beyond simply having a place to live. A GS Engineering & Construction sales representative said, "The complex will offer differentiated value, including a high-quality community center."
