[Financial News] Mirae Asset Financial Group's virtual asset investment platform Digital X (formerly Korbit) has launched a 'Sub-account' feature.
According to the virtual asset industry on the 1st, Digital X added the 'Sub-account' feature for Open API users, allowing them to divide assets within a single member account into multiple sub-accounts and manage them separately.
In addition to the main account created upon registration, users can add up to nine sub-accounts, allowing them to operate a total of 10 accounts simultaneously.
The feature reduces the inconvenience of having to manage a single balance and transaction history. Users can also manage their invested assets and performance separately according to their purposes or operating strategies. Typical use cases include accounts for separately testing new strategies and accounts allocated to individual AI agents.
The creation of sub-accounts also expands order and Open API request limits. Sub-accounts are available without a separate application process or usage fees and are being offered first to Open API users. Digital X plans to expand the service to all web and app users in the future.
Lee Jeong-woo, chief technology officer of Digital X, said, "Sub-accounts are a feature that helps users systematically divide and manage their assets according to various purposes and strategies. We will continue to enhance the Open API experience."
Meanwhile, Digital X is expanding an Open API-based environment for automated trading and AI trading by offering tools such as Digital X CLI for integration with AI agents.
