[Financial News] Bithumb was ranked No. 1 in the cryptocurrency exchange category of the '2026 Korean Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI)' survey conducted by Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC). It marked the second consecutive year Bithumb took the top spot.
According to the cryptocurrency industry on the 1st, Bithumb ranked first in the cryptocurrency exchange category of the KCSI survey for the second consecutive year, following last year.
KCSI is an indicator that evaluates satisfaction with products and services across industries based on overall satisfaction, satisfaction with individual attributes, and willingness to use them again.
This year, Bithumb expanded its AI-powered information search and trading convenience features. Through 'Bithumb AI,' which offers services such as 'AI Stock Signal' and 'AI Stock Analysis,' users can check market trends and information on individual assets. Bithumb also introduced the 'AI Trade Kit,' which supports the development of automated trading programs based on generative AI.
Bithumb also introduced time-weighted average price (TWAP) orders and a portfolio purchasing feature. It simplified the process so users can open a KB Kookmin Bank account and link it to Bithumb without installing an app.
The company also strengthened user protection and its customer support system. It introduced a speech-to-text (STT)-based customer support service and operates phone and chat support around the clock, 365 days a year. Bithumb has also strengthened its security framework by offering video-call identity verification for senior users, pursuing the adoption of post-quantum cryptography, and expanding its bug bounty program.
Meanwhile, Bithumb received a score of 79.0 and ranked first in the cryptocurrency exchange category of the KCSI, which KMAC announced for the first time last year.
