[Financial News] Song Min-ho, a member of the group Winner, was given a suspended prison sentence at his first trial for allegedly being absent without authorization for 102 days while serving as social service personnel.
The Seoul Western District Court's Criminal Division 10, presided over by Judge Sung Jun-gyu, sentenced Song to one year in prison, suspended for two years, on the 1st for violating the Military Service Act.
Song was put on trial for being absent from duty for a total of 102 days without a legitimate reason while serving as social service personnel. Prosecutors had previously sought a sentence of one year and six months in prison.
