AhnLab V3 Earns Perfect Score in AV-TEST Security Evaluation, Only South Korean Company to Do So

[Financial News] AhnLab's corporate and consumer endpoint security solutions, V3 Endpoint Security and V3 Internet Security, both received top scores in a global security product evaluation.
AhnLab said on the 1st that V3 Endpoint Security and V3 Internet Security each earned a perfect overall score of 18 points in AV-TEST's July–August 2026 evaluation of antivirus products for Windows. AhnLab was the only South Korean company to receive a perfect score.
AV-TEST evaluates security products on major operating systems, including Windows and Android, based on their ability to respond to malware, impact on system performance, and ease of use. It awards up to six points in each of three categories—protection, performance, and usability—for a total score of 18 points.
In this evaluation, V3 Endpoint Security for businesses and V3 Internet Security for individual users received six points in all three categories. Both products were also selected as "Top Products," an honor given to the highest-performing products.
Since 2013, AhnLab has been the only South Korean security company to consistently participate in AV-TEST's evaluations of antivirus products for Windows. Global security companies such as Microsoft, Kaspersky, and Bitdefender also take part in the evaluations.
