[Financial News] Lotteria ranked first in the fast-food category for the 14th consecutive year in a customer satisfaction survey, buoyed by menu innovation and improvements in digital convenience.
Operated by LOTTE GRS, Lotteria said on the 1st that it had been named the top brand in the fast-food category for the 14th consecutive year in the '2026 Korean Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI)' survey administered by Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC).
Now in its 35th year, KCSI is an indicator of customer satisfaction with products and services across domestic industries. Lotteria has maintained the top spot for 14 consecutive years by continuously strengthening its existing menu offerings, expanding customer touchpoints and improving its digital environment.
In particular, the company raised consumer satisfaction by enhancing the competitiveness of its signature menu items, Ria Bulgogi and Ria Saeu. In July, it launched Ria Dutum Saeu, which maximizes the patty's texture and volume, and last month introduced Ria Bulgogi Red with an extra-spicy flavor.
The company also held a collaborative design contest with global fashion brand Uniqlo's 'UTme!' and led the spicy-food challenge trend with 'Insanely Spicy Tonkatsu,' created in collaboration with renowned restaurant Onjeong Tonkatsu.
In addition, Lotteeatz, the company's official application, obtained mobile and web accessibility certification. The company also maximized consumer convenience by improving its digital environment, including streamlining the ordering and payment processes through a revamp of the user interface and user experience (UI/UX).
A LOTTE GRS official said, "Thanks to our customers' continued support, we were able to achieve the result of ranking first for 14 consecutive years," adding, "We will continue to raise consumer satisfaction by offering differentiated menus and innovative customer experiences while preserving Lotteria's unique heritage."
