Coway, KyungDong Navien and LX Hausys were selected as No. 1 in their respective categories in the 2026 Korean Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI) survey. Coway ranked first in three categories—water purifiers, beds and bidets—while KyungDong Navien took first place in the boiler category for the 13th consecutive year, and LX Hausys did so in the residential building materials category for the sixth consecutive year.
Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC) announced the results of its 2026 Korean Customer Satisfaction Index survey on the 30th. KCSI is a survey that evaluates customer satisfaction with products and services across industries in South Korea and has been conducted since 1992.
Coway ranked first in the water purifier category for the 10th consecutive year, in the bed category for the sixth consecutive year and in the bidet category for the second consecutive year. In the water purifier category, the expansion of its ice water purifier lineup, which broadened consumer choice, was among the factors reflected in the evaluation. The company operates five ice water purifier models in total, ranging from ultra-compact products to models with high-capacity ice-making and coffee-brewing functions.
In the bed category, Coway is expanding its lineup around its sleep and healing-care brand BEREX. It has enhanced not only sleep but also relaxation functions through products such as the M Series Massage Mattress Bed, which combines massage and stretching features with a mattress, and the R Series Stretching Motion Bed. In the bidet category, it offers products equipped with functions such as splash suction, which helps reduce the spread of fine water droplets and bacteria.
KyungDong Navien ranked first in the boiler category for 13 consecutive years. Recently, the company has been strengthening not only boiler performance but also AI-powered functions and subscription-based after-sales management services.
Its flagship product, Navien Condensing ON AI, features an AI server that analyzes hot-water usage patterns and quickly supplies hot water during the times when it is most commonly used. For subscribers, a Navien Partner expert visits once a year to inspect the flue, alarm devices and thermal efficiency, as well as replace the heating-water filter and clean the siphon. Free after-sales service (A/S) is also provided during the subscription period.
LX Hausys ranked first in the residential building materials category for the sixth consecutive year. Centered on its interior brand LX Z:IN, the company is expanding customer management from product development and purchasing through installation and after-sales service.
In the second half of this year, it strengthened interior solutions reflecting individual tastes under the theme "Discovering Personal Taste." Customers can choose details such as product colors, materials, textures and finishes. The LX Z:IN flagship in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, also operates exhibition spaces for kitchens, living rooms and other areas that reflect these options.
The company is also strengthening customer management after installation. Alongside operating a call center, chatbot and video consultation services, it runs the LX Z:IN Interior Academy to train professional installers. The academy was the only institution in the interior industry to receive the highest grade, S, in last year's performance evaluation for the National Human Resources Development Consortium project.
