DAEBO Group Launches Open Recruitment for 2026 College Graduate Entry-Level Employees

[Financial News] DAEBO Group is conducting open recruitment for 2026 college graduate entry-level employees.
According to DAEBO Group on the 30th, its affiliate Daebo Construction is recruiting its 18th open-recruitment class of college graduate entry-level employees. The company plans to hire a total in the double digits for positions including architecture (construction/administration), civil engineering (construction/administration), safety and health, and management administration.
Applicants must be graduates of four-year universities or expected to graduate in February 2027. They must have completed or been exempted from military service and have no restrictions on overseas travel. Applicants for architecture, civil engineering, and safety and health positions must hold relevant certifications.
Applications will be accepted from Sept. 30 through 6 p.m. on Oct. 11 via DAEBO Group's online recruitment website.
The hiring process will consist of document screening, an online aptitude and personality test, and interviews. Two rounds of interviews will be held in November for those who pass the document screening, including a discussion-based interview. Final candidates will be announced in the same month.
A DAEBO Group official said, "Last year's 17th open recruitment drew a large number of applications, recording a competition ratio of 55 to 1. We hope young talent will once again show active interest in and apply for this year's open recruitment at DAEBO Group, a company that continues to grow."
DAEBO Group began its construction business in 1981 and operates businesses in construction, distribution, information and communications technology, and leisure through Daebo Construction, Daebo Silup, Daebo Yutong, DAEBO Communication & Systems, and Seowon Valley Country Club. The group has about 4,000 employees and annual revenue of approximately 2 trillion won.
