Korea Investment Management Introduces Ways to Invest in Major U.S. Indexes at 'HanTu Station'

[Financial News] Korea Investment Management will hold a live seminar introducing investment methods for exchange-traded funds (ETFs) tracking major U.S. indexes, along with strategies for using retirement accounts.
Korea Investment Management said it will hold the 30-minute live seminar 'HanTu Station' starting at 5:30 p.m. on the 30th via the official ACE ETF YouTube channel. The seminar will focus on 'Understanding Major U.S. Index ETFs.'
The seminar will introduce the ACE U.S. S&P 500 ETF and ACE U.S. Nasdaq 100 ETF, which invest in major U.S. indexes, as well as the bond-equity hybrid products ACE U.S. S&P 500 U.S. Treasury Bond 50 Active ETF and ACE U.S. Nasdaq 100 U.S. Treasury Bond 50 Active ETF.
The two equity products have attracted steady inflows from individual investors this year. As of the 29th, net purchases since the start of the year totaled 5,078 hundred million won for the ACE U.S. Nasdaq 100 ETF and 3,695 hundred million won for the ACE U.S. S&P 500 ETF, ranking first and second, respectively, among ACE ETFs.
The two bond-equity hybrid products invest 50% each in stocks and bonds, making them eligible for a 100% investment allocation in defined-contribution (DC) retirement pension and individual retirement pension (IRP) accounts. If 70% of a retirement account is invested in equity ETFs and the remaining 30% in bond-equity hybrid ETFs as safe assets, the account's effective equity allocation can be increased to as much as 85%.
The seminar will also feature a prize event for viewers. Participants during the live broadcast will be entered into a draw to receive cake and beverage gift vouchers, AirPods and other prizes. The first-round winners of an ongoing collaboration event with Haitai Ace Cracker will also be drawn at the end of the seminar.
